English Video: Center dart measurements:
X to O = Bust/12+ 1"
O to C = Bust/12- 1/2"
A to O or B to O= (O to C)/2

Armhole dart measurements:
From Point C of Center dart L should be Bust/16 to get perfect shape

MN= 1"

Button side dart measurements:
Should be Bust/16 from center dart C and it should sit directly in the middle of L & C, Height wise width will be 1/2" that is: EF


Let us discuss darts as per different chest measurements:




Stitch the dart lines as straight lines to get the perfect shape. Too much space between C & L will not give a perfect bust round shape, so take care, make a test fit and alter measurements a little bit by 1/4 inch give or take depending on your custom fit. 
Now, You can make measurements for any blouse size method is same

Its Basic length is only 32" and i want to increase its length to 40"
